Job SummaryThe Engineering Technician prepares detailed drawings of components or units of less complex designs from 3D models. Maintains bills of materials, performs engineering changes, and troubleshoots manufacturing and engineering problems.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed drawings of components or units of less complex designs from 3D models submitted by engineers to meet current Martin ISO 9001:2015 standard; assist and create work routings and drawing associations in Visual
PDM. - Enter and maintain part numbers and bills of material; assist and create work routings and drawing associations in Visual
PDM. - Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly problems.
- Perform engineering changes.
- Create proposals and sales drawings.
- Two‑year certificate in design, drafting, or equivalent.
- One or more years of work‑related experience preferred.
- Competent user of Solid Works required;
Pro/E and AutoCAD preferred.
Hourly pay range: $24 - $35. Placement in the range will depend on the applicant's qualifications, including education and previous experience.
