Provides leadership and strategic insights to source, recruit, and hire top talent into the organization. Engages active and passive candidates to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year

• Collaborate with management to develop general recruiting strategies to market Ag View FS and educate potential candidates on career opportunities.
• Build relationships with local colleges, universities, trade schools, and high schools to recruit students into full‑time, part‑time, internships, and other student programs.
• Partner with managers to understand goals, job functions, and skills necessary to fill roles.
• Conduct passive candidate sourcing using internal databases, talent pools, networking, social platforms, and job boards.
• Facilitate innovative and competitive sourcing strategies based on HR recruiting goals and talent hiring objectives.
• Provide full life‑cycle recruiting: conduct hiring manager intake, determine job marketing, screen, interview, and ensure compliance with EEOC guidelines.
• Attend recruiting events, career fairs, trade shows, classroom visits, and coordinate employee attendance.
• Promote the company’s employment brand through all candidate interactions.
• Track recruiting metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and pipeline plans.
• Document all employment‑related activity in Success Factors ATS, progressing candidates through the selection process per company and governmental policies.

• Maintain knowledge of employment‑related legislation, affirmative action, and EEOC guidelines; ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Assist with H2A programs, onboarding new employees, and pre‑employment processes.
• Follow Ag View’s Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health & Safety, and OSHA policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; 1–3 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing or similar, with strong evaluation, decision‑making, and talent acquisition skills.
• High‑volume recruitment agency sourcing experience preferred.
• Absolute confidentiality and valid driver’s license with satisfactory record.
• Willingness to travel independently, frequently, and overnight.
• Availability to work outside normal hours and transport recruiting materials.
• Business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, report generation, and HR applicant‑tracking systems.
