CNC Applications Engineer

** CNC Applications Engineer – Princeton, IL
** Performs in-process inspections to assure products will meet requirements using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gages

Determines proper tooling and fixturing requirements of machining operations, including tooling speed and feed rates. Monitors and adjusts feeds and speeds as necessary

Perform other duties as required5+ years’ experience in setting up, programming and operating Fanuc controlled CNC machining centers in a precision manufacturing environment

Experience with Fanuc Controls, G and M code to develop programs for Mori-Seiki, Haas, OKK, DN Solutions, and Takamaz equipment or similar equipment

Experience with operating all forms of inspection equipment

Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and it’s application

Ability to read, interpret and utilize blue prints Basic math skills to include four functions, fractions and decimals, as well as ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, geometry and trigonometry

** This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.  The expected Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
