Warehouse Associate – Loader
Loaders are Ollie’s Associates working in the Outbound department of the Distribution Center. Loaders are primarily responsible for the safe & accurate loading of all Ollie’s trucks.

- Loading of all Ollie’s trucks either manually or using Material Handling Equipment.
- Ensure product is loaded properly and accurately for safe transport to stores.
- Ensure product is loaded tightly to maximize space and to limit overall in transit damage to product.
- Maintain efficiency and overall productivity to limit the recirculation of product.
- Meet minimum productivity expectations.
- Maintain a safe & clean workspace at all times.
- Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
- Ability to work independently and self‑motivated to seek work.
- Ability to complete assignments in time allotted.
- Ability to work effectively, in a professional environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (until work is done).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to bend and twist frequently.
- Must have ability to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
