Supply Chain and Logistics Management Trainee – Warehouse

Program Overview- The program begins on the first of each month and lasts approximately 9‑12 months.
- Graduates will be prepared to lead a small group of hourly associates in a distribution center management operation.
- Program participants can relocate after completion of the program. Candidates must be able to commute to the specified city and state daily.
- Ensure associates are motivated, trained, and competent, and understand how their work relates to customer business objectives.
- Foster a safe work environment by complying with and administering established safety and operational procedures.
- Understand location‑specific customer goals & objectives, and work to meet and exceed these expectations daily.
- Resolve issues and monitor day‑to‑day operations for compliance using organizational and time‑management skills.
- Develop a thorough working knowledge of the site’s operating systems to ensure compliance and exception resolution.
- Learn and implement Kaizen methodology and Lean processes.
- Apply basic principles of inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping in a warehouse environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Data Science/Analytics or related field preferred).
- Willingness to relocate based on business needs or upon completion of the program.
- Demonstrated leadership through school, community, clubs/organizations, or the military.
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
- Internship or related customer‑facing experience preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate various technology platforms.
- Committed to learning, receptive to feedback, and ability to develop self‑awareness.
- High level of commitment to operations and job responsibilities.
- Results‑oriented, attention to detail, effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Builds and develops positive working relationships within the department at all levels.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Willingness to travel as necessary and work the required schedule.
- Must be able to read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, and understand instructions.
- Must stand, walk, sit, and use hands to touch, handle and feel. May occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs./12 kg.
- Vision required: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Pay: $25.00 per hour (average annual $55,000, including overtime)
