Responsibilities- Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
- Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
- Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintaining automated teller machines.
- Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns consistently with the Woodforest Experience training.
- 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be positive, engaging, and customer‑focused.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Travel: Little to no overnight travel; occasional local coverage within 45 miles.
Working Conditions: Standing most of the time, may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting, occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
