The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non‑certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and may be directed by supervisors. This role is intended for candidates interested in pursuing training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.).

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and preparing unoccupied beds.
• Assist with all aspects of meal service, including transportation of residents, tray delivery, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Provide great customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by responding to call lights promptly and checking in frequently to engage them in activities.
• Assist with personal care responsibilities in accordance with state regulatory guidelines.
• Attend and participate in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.).

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
