• All Shifts, Full-Time hours are 38.75 per week with some overtime opportunities

• Master high-tech machines and assembly processes
• Inspect products with precision tools so they meet Hydro‑Gear’s high‑quality standards
• Perform routine care (cleaning, checks) to keep machines running smoothly
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals and celebrate those wins together!

• Hands‑on experience in assembly or machine operation
• Mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail
