Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Deli Department Lead to oversee the Deli in the absence of the Department Manager. You will ensure merchandising standards, keep the area fully stocked, and deliver outstanding guest service in our Minnesota store.
You will lead deli staff, maintain freshness and quality of all salads and sliced meats, educate guests at the counter, and actively engage guests through product samples and suggestive selling while upholding health and safety regulations.
