Automotive Bookkeeper – Deal Posting Honda of Princeton | Princeton, NJ Honda of Princeton is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Bookkeeper – Deal Poster to join our team and help lead the accounting and administrative operations of a busy, well-established dealership.

• Post Retail / Lease Deals, Wholesale Deals and Swap
• Maintain all Schedules pertaining to deals
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review and maintain accurate New/Used Gross Profit records
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicle deals and related paperwork
• Help maintain compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations
• You will work closely with dealership Sales Management & Office Manager to maintain strong internal controls, accurate records, and efficient office operations.

• Previous automotive dealership accounting/ deal posting experience
• CDK Knowledge a plus!
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership skills and a hands-on approach
• Strong computer and accounting system skills
• Professional, dependable and team-oriented attitude
