Hybrid - 4 days in office

Salary: $125k to $155k base plus bonus plus equity

Newly created, hybrid Corporate Accounting Manager opening in the highly desirable biopharma / pharma / biotech industry! Join an expanding company in a hybrid role with incredible upside. 6 to 10 years of public accounting or a combination of public and corporate accounting experience for a highly visible, leadership position.

• Manage the corporate accounting function.
• Review account balances, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Research accounting topics and prepare supporting documentation and analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate audit activities and provide requested schedules and documentation.
• Partner with internal teams on accounting and financial matters.
• Analyze financial information and provide insights to management.
• Support accounting projects and other business initiatives as needed.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. Advanced degree a plus
• 6 – 10 years of public accounting or a combination of public and corporate accounting experience
• CPA a plus
• Proven U.S. GAAP knowledge and experience dealing with complex accounting matters.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
