Controller, Accounting, Financial Controller

I'm working with a growing, entrepreneurial business in Princeton, NJ, looking to add a hands-on Controller to its team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the accounting function, work directly with the CEO, and help build efficient, scalable processes in a collaborative environment.

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
• Direct access to the CEO and partnership with an external CFO
• Ownership of the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and month-end close
• Opportunity to improve processes, automate workflows, and strengthen financial reporting
• Exposure to growing businesses serving the life sciences industry

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong full-cycle accounting, GAAP, and month-end close knowledge
• Advanced Quick Books and solid Excel skills
• A hands-on professional who can operate independently and take ownership
• SaaS, subscription-based, or professional services experience is a plus
