People Share is partnering with a leading Supply Chain & Manufacturing Technology company in the Carnegie area to hire a
Temp - Staff Accountant.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to join a growing organization with a collaborative culture and long-term potential.

Pay: $34-$36/hr
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Schedule:

3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote (Princeton, NJ)
Contract Assignment through March 2027
Potential opportunity for permanent hire based on performance

• Support month-end close activities
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards
• Collaborate with multiple departments and shared service teams
• Assist with various accounting projects and reporting initiatives
• Work independently after training while maintaining accuracy and deadlines

• 3+ years of Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Month-end close
  • General ledger accounting
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn and grow within an organization
