Sales Account Coordinator, Perfumery & Beauty - Princeton, NJ
Join our innovative and fast‑growing team as a Sales Account Coordinator in the exciting Air Care category. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind project success—connecting teams, aligning milestones, and ensuring flawless execution from concept to delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Commercial team on management of customer projects and collaborate cross‑functionally with diverse teams, including Sampling, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
- Coordinate sample orders and paperwork requests to ensure samples and market products reach the appropriate recipients for presentations or evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to help foster brand loyalty.
- Provide customers with clear communication on tasks and deadlines; pull safety documents when requested by the client or for specific projects.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and preparing for internal and external meetings, purchasing market products, and offering PowerPoint and Excel support as needed.
- Interact with labs and supply chain to resolve sampling issues.

You Bring
- Ability to multi‑task, problem‑solve and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work independently on tasks.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent administrative and computer skills working with complex computer systems.
- Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of administrative experience).
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
