Location: Princeton, NJ (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Temporary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements
  • Previous mailroom experience (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency with basic office tools and processes
Responsibilities
  • Handle mailroom operations, including sorting and distributing mail
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide support to internal teams as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Familiarity with mailroom procedures and equipment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to lift and move packages as needed
