Responsible for prompt delivery of various on‑site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal communication.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
- Responsible for activities that may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location.
- Attend cross‑functional trainings to ensure the ability to provide coverage when short‑staffed.
- Adjust site responsibility and location of coverage as needed based on client and/or division needs.
- Perform general front office reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, and entering data into computer systems.
- Respond to customer needs and requests, accept deliveries, and set up food and beverages for meetings.
- Possibly be responsible for copy, binding, and copier maintenance.
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Required to obtain any necessary security and/or clearances required by customers to enter premises.
- May require driving between multiple client locations and having a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Capabilities to lift up to 50 lbs and to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.

In accordance with applicable law, the anticipated rate for this role is $17.20 – $23.37 hourly.
