As a Legal Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will support our legal team by managing front‑desk operations, handling communications, and assisting with administrative and clerical functions essential to the smooth operation of the PIP department.
Essential Job Functions- Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally
- Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries
- Order and maintain office supplies; coordinate equipment repairs
- Assist in organizing office events
- Monitor collateral accounts and close out files for storage
- Maintain PIP department calendars and schedules
- Prepare and update PIP submission charts
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and drafting documents
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Undergraduate degree, High School diploma, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of office administration experience (legal environment preferred)
- Familiarity with legal terms, documents, and filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with strong Excel skills)
- Experience with office technology (printers, copiers, scanners, call systems, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting

Required job duties consist of prompt and regular attendance, ability to frequently move about the office to coordinate work with others; standing, sitting and typing for extended periods; and lifting and/or carrying up to 5 lbs. Ability to frequently communicate with others in‑person, on the phone/virtually, and in writing. Ability to read, understand, process and evaluate large amounts of technical information and make related, informed decisions.
Salary$20‑$25 hourly depending on experience

Mondays – Fridays, 8:30am‑5pm
