The Role:

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program. They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.

This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for an Associate whose responsibilities will include:

  • Merchandising :
    Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed
  • Customer Service :
    With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service
  • Maintenance + Inventory :
    Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
  • Communication :
    Communicate and elevate any location needs or safety concerns your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork

This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty. This role supports one of our New Jersey clients Monday through Friday from 7am - 4pm by meeting the skill based qualifications below:
