Wheaton Point and The Gables are Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Communities located in East Windsor, NJ & Princeton Junction, NJ. We are seeking a full-time Occupancy Specialist to oversee the Occupancy responsibilities as set forth by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Tax Credit programs.
Responsibilities- Prepare for yearly file audits and reviews by internal and external parties.
- Coordinate the assignments of subsidies, unit transfers, and move out/move-ins
- Complete monthly tenant re-certifications.
- Organize and prepare resident files.
- Respond to tenants and applicant questions and inquiries and address any issues that arise in an accurate and timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) experience preferred
