Seeking a Documentation Specialist to develop, manage, and maintain internal and external documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity. This role involves cross-department collaboration, process improvement, and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and update company policies, manuals, and knowledge bases.
- Maintain an organized documentation library with secure access controls.
- Collaborate with teams to gather information and standardize content.
- Support content creation for product sheets, blogs, and training materials.
- Enhance documentation processes while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
- Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience with CMS and version control is a plus.
