Job Title: Operations Specialist III

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a high-impact opportunity where precision, coordination, and compliance are essential. This position plays a vital part in managing external healthcare professional and expert engagements, helping ensure contracting, tracking, payment support, and stakeholder communication move forward smoothly and accurately.

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare professional, consultant, and external expert engagements, including contract initiation, execution, amendment, payment support, and closeout.
• Coordinate and track engagement requests to support timely, compliant completion and keep stakeholders informed of status, risks, and next steps.
• Process and maintain contracts, documentation, trackers, status reports, and records within applicable systems and databases, including IHUB and other approved tools.
• Partner with R&D, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to support efficient execution, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior 4 to 5 years of HCP/HDP engagement management experience within pharma/biotech.
• Strong clinical/R&D experience and familiarity with clinical terminology and processes.
• Experience supporting engagements such as:
  • Investigator meetings
  • Data Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMBs)
  • Adjudication committees
  • Other clinical/HCP engagements
• Experience managing the operational side of contracting, rather than drafting or negotiating legal contract terms.
• Strong coordination, tracking, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple reviewer types and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain processes, timelines, and expectations.
• A process-improvement mindset with the confidence to identify gaps and recommend efficiencies.
• Strong team-player mentality and ability to adapt to different stakeholder personalities.
