Our client, Property & Casualty Insurance technology organization is seeking a Duck Creek Policy Administration Analyst to join their team. As a Duck Creek Policy Administration Analyst, you will be part of the Insurance Technology Delivery team supporting the Duck Creek implementation and ongoing solution improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong insurance domain knowledge, hands‑on Duck Creek policy administration experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories—aligning successfully in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

What’s the Job?

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing, and Claims solutions.
Conduct workshops and requirement discovery sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases, and business rules.
Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and collaborating closely with Product Owners and engineering teams.
Assist with testing and production support activities, including SIT/UAT, defect management, impact analysis, and post‑implementation enhancements.

What’s Needed?

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance industry, with a focus on Property & Casualty (PC) processes.
Hands‑on experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing, or Claims.
Experience with requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and producing clear, audit‑ready documentation.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including writing user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to align solutions to business objectives and regulatory requirements.
