Seasonal Sales Support Associate

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver attentive client service during the holiday season.

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at the point of sale.
• Support the sales process by handling merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities, and support after-sales work, including logging repairs and maintaining client records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work regularly in person at the designated location.
