Mid-Level Architect

We’re looking for a Mid‑Level Architect to join our dynamic design and innovation team at CUBE 3. This role offers the chance to work across multiple locations (North‑Andover, MA, Boston, Miami, Princeton and San Diego) on a wide range of projects and to be part of a team recognized as a leader in architectural design.

• Lead the design process from concept through construction documentation, including schematic design, design development, and contract documents.
• Create presentation materials, AutoCAD drawings, Sketch Up models, renderings, and construction administration documents while respecting budget, schedule, and programmatic requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and QA/QC teams to coordinate design solutions and maintain technical accuracy and thoroughness.
• Provide professional consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.
• Assist in developing concept design options, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring delivery within project schedules.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture or construction.
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited architecture school.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently in all aspects of the design process.
