- Conduct outreach via cold call/emails to departments that are ideal targets for
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and materials.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
- Arrange a location for the mobile clinic with the point of contact, ensure that the space is adequate and ensures privacy.
- Reach KPI goals on a daily and weekly basis
- Uphold all marketing related SOP’s
- Visit the location in person to ensure the space is adequate, if necessary.
- Coordinate with management logistical processes in a timely manner leading up to clinical date.
- Ensure that there is an adequate amount of pre registrations into the mobile clinic to render our services (25 pre registrations).
- Visit the clinic the day of the mobile clinic to ensure the operation is running smoothly, and create a relationship with the POC.
- Create a summary report in conclusion of the mobile clinic to share with management.
- Other duties as assigned
