Position: Sales Engineering Manager (B.S. M.E. preferred)
Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 + bonuses

We are a global fluid control product company (valves/pumps) seeking an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to supervise a team of 9 sales engineers in the Central Jersey to Philadelphia area. The role balances mentorship with hands‑on selling to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

• Supervise and coach 9 sales engineers, fostering solution selling and customer expansion.
• Develop and execute sales plans, qualifying new leads and conducting product demonstrations.
• Provide product training to customers and support sales engineers in closing deals.
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and utilize CRM software.
• Allocate work 50% mentoring/coaching and 50% hands‑on selling, sourcing leads, and training.

• 10+ years of sales management experience with sales engineers in fluid control, pump, or valve products.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
