Princeton - Financial Services Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

Join the Financial Services Litigation Group at Reed Smith’s Princeton office. The role requires 3-5 years of experience representing clients in litigation and investigations related to consumer financial services and mortgage litigation. You will draft motions and pleadings, participate in settlement conferences, and argue motions before judges.

Requirements:

• 3‑5 years of litigation experience in consumer financial services and mortgage matters
• Proficiency in drafting complaints, answers, and summary‑judgment motions
• Active admission to the New Jersey and New York bars (Pennsylvania bar is a plus)
• Strong analytical, research, and oral advocacy skills

Compensation: $235,000 – $365,000 annually, plus a competitive benefits package.
