Title:
Senior Accountant - HYBRID
Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days REMOTE
Location:
Princeton, NJ
Salary: $90-$100K plus incentives (bonus and more)

Responsibilities- Participate in the month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close processes which requires meeting all deadlines, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and reports
- Preparation of account reconciliations, journal entries and analytics procedures
- Assist with preparing monthly/quarterly internal management and Board reporting
- Assist with preparing quarterly and annual external filings, including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and management’s discussion and analysis
- Assist accounting for investments as they relate to corporate compensation plans
- Assist with various special projects such as finance systems and technologies
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease process times, streamline work processes and work collaboratively with the business
- S. or MS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
- 2 years of public accounting experience
- CPA or parts passed highly preferred
- Strong accounting and financial controls experience
