Remote 3 days per week

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 plus bonus

Princeton area! Hybrid / 2 days in office. Newly created Senior Accountant role in the Princeton area is open due to company growth. 2 to 6 years of accounting experience required, CPA preferred.

• Participate in the month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close processes which requires meeting all deadlines, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and reports
• Preparation of account reconciliations, journal entries and analytics procedures
• Assist with preparing monthly/quarterly internal management and Board reporting
• Assist with preparing quarterly and annual external filings, including consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and management’s discussion and analysis
• Assist accounting for investments as they relate to corporate compensation plans
• Assist with various special projects such as finance systems and technologies
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease process times, streamline work processes and work collaboratively with the business

• Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3-7 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and SEC reporting rules and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• CPA a plus (or parts passed)
• SAP and HFM reporting a plus
