Why Join Our Team?Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full‑time MHA to work the day shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within Wing 5 (Involuntary Psych/Committed Unit) with 20+ beds.

Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road, Princeton, NJ).
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Mental Health Associate assists Registered Nurses in providing direct psychiatric and medical care to patients.
- The Mental Health Associate participates as a member of the treatment team in creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
- Required to work five day shifts (7:00 am–3:30 pm) including every other weekend and every other holiday.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (required).
- Education specialization in Social Science preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 3 months of hire.
- Valid driver’s license in employee’s state of residence with a record in good standing required.
Salary Range: $18.11 – $28.86 per hour. As part of their job offer, successful candidates are provided a specific rate, taking into consideration various factors including experience and education.
