Open Sky supports adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities referred by the Department of Developmental Services. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the program. They ensure optimum coverage by developing and monitoring the program schedule and by establishing and overseeing procedures that safeguard the health, safety, and well‑being of individuals served. The coordinator also facilitates the implementation of activities, service plans, and support staff, including medical and medication protocols.

• Provide goal‑oriented supervision to counselors.
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings, participate in supervision, team, and other assigned meetings.
• Manage program budget.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of procedures ensuring the health, safety, and well‑being of individuals served.
• Assist individuals in accessing transportation.

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required. Alternative education or experience may be considered.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, required. Experience with in the human services field preferred.
• Supervisory experience, required.

Base Rate: USD $26.00/Hr.
