Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians in Mercer County to support children through high‑quality, in‑home ABA therapy.
We're looking for candidates who bring related experience and a desire to grow in the ABA field - training and support provided.
Your Impact- Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions
- Support skill development in communication and behavior
- Follow BCBA-designed treatment plans
- Partner closely with families
- $20-$30/hour, based on experience
- Part‑time, consistent afternoon schedules
- Paid training and supervision
- Career advancement opportunities
- ABA or related experience (education, childcare, psychology, special education)
- Reliable transportation within Mercer County
