Content Intelligence & AI Innovation Manager will lead how we harness data and generative AI to streamline business operations, transform storytelling, and elevate our content and marketing impact. We’re looking for a builder–storyteller who will design scalable AI workflows and help translate insights into compelling, multi‑format content that accelerates adoption and growth.

• Ship Apollo AI workflows that power use cases across all ISMG business units.
• Build data‑driven content strategies using AI analytics and predictive insights.
• Scale content systems (RAG/fine‑tuned models, prompt libraries) for briefs, outlines, repurposing.
• Integrate and evaluate generative AI tools/APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai, custom GPT models) for automation and personalization.
• Tell the story with crisp narratives, demos, and multi‑format content to accelerate internal adoption.
• Stand up light data infra (SQL/Python, vector DB, dashboards) to measure adoption, quality, ROI.
• Continuously evaluate models, prompts, vendors, and workflows; optimize for quality, speed, and cost.
• Partner with Editorial, Marketing, and Data to deliver AI‑enabled projects across the business.
• Communicate clearly to leadership with metrics, roadmaps, and crisp narratives that tie AI work to business outcomes.
• Drive AI adoption as an internal champion—educate colleagues on tools, workflows, and best practices.

• 3–5+ years in AI/ML‑enabled content, marketing tech, product ops, or data roles.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai) and concepts like fine‑tuning, embeddings/RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Comfort with database management (SQL, Supabase, Pinecone, etc.) and data analysis tools (Excel, Python, or BI dashboards).
• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience extracting insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex AI/technical concepts into engaging narratives.
• A creative and forward‑thinking approach to using technology to innovate strategies across content marketing and business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to combine data storytelling with content creation, producing assets that are both technically sound and audience‑focused.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
