The QA Manager will manage all the testing initiatives for CURE by coordination with Operations, Development and testers and continuous improvement in the QA process.

Essential Job Functions
  • Design test processes, frameworks, and workflows that ensure consistent quality delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, and automation specialists.
  • Ensure the team's workload is balanced and that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Develop and execute QA strategies and test plans .
  • Define test objectives, scope, and resource allocation based on project requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to quality and testing.
  • Oversee manual and automated testing processes, ensuring that testing is done efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure automation coverage and develop a strategy for automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Regularly review and optimize the existing test automation suite for better performance and maintenance.
  • Manage testing efforts for different types of testing (functional, integration, regression, performance, )
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure requirements are clear and quality standards are defined early in the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in design reviews and sprint planning sessions to define testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Establish and track key quality metrics (test coverage, defect rates, etc.) and use data-driven insights to continuously improve testing processes.
  • Provide regular progress reports on testing activities and quality status to senior management.
  • Maintain defect tracking and report metrics on issues found during testing to ensure effective resolution.
  • Identify potential project risks related to quality, timelines, and resources.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the IT department.
Essential Qualifications
  • 5+ years in testing and analysis of complex Software systems
  • 4 years college degree
  • 2+ years of hands on managing Automation of software system
  • Managed distributed testing team
  • Managed User acceptance team

Physical Actions/Environment:
Required job duties consist of prompt and regular attendance, ability to frequently move about the office to coordinate work with others; standing, sitting and typing for extended periods; and lifting and/or carrying up to 5 lbs. Ability to frequently communicate with others in-person, on the phone/virtually, and in writing. Ability to read, understand, process and evaluate large amounts of technical information and make related, informed decisions.

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM
