We are looking for Senior Software Engineer based out of our Bangalore Office

• Design and develop customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) applications.
• Collaborate with the team on large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.
• Review functional designs and business requirements to create detailed technical solutions.
• Take ownership of coding, testing, and analysis of software applications throughout the production lifecycle.
• Drive and/or assist technical design and gap analysis with other technical teams, ensuring high technical quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to clarify design and functional requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in a customer-facing role, including resolving performance issues, managing environments, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Hands-on development experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of programming experience in X++ is required.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• Understanding of technical design principles, programming logic, and flow charts.
• Experience in front-end technologies and web-based applications is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.E./B. Tech, BCA, BSc,
  
  B.Com) or equivalent diploma.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or related technologies are highly preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders.
