Product Manager Lead is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of para educator and data products within the organization. This role exists to ensure that products are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities. The Product Manager Lead oversees the full product lifecycle—from discovery and planning to delivery, launch, and optimization—working cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, operations, and business stakeholders.

This position is accountable for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, ensuring high‑quality delivery, and guiding teams through data‑driven decision‑making.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of e‑commerce platform enhancements for para educator products, ensuring seamless catalog management, optimized merchandising flows, and frictionless transactional experiences.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end configuration and optimization within the e‑commerce CMS, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud, partnering with engineering and merchandising teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and high conversion performance.
  • Drive the development and evolution of a scalable data platform, including defining requirements for data pipelines, reporting layers, and analytics tools that support product insights and business decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable data across all customer and commerce touchpoints.
  • Own a 0‑1 product initiative, shaping product vision, validating market and user needs, and guiding new products from concept through MVP launch and iterative improvement cycles.
  • Establish and run structured discovery processes, including problem framing, hypothesis testing, user research, and rapid prototyping for early‑stage product ideas.
  • Define clear success metrics and product KPIs, leveraging data platforms to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and inform product prioritization.
  • Partner cross‑functionally across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment, clear communication, and high‑quality execution from ideation to launch.
  • Champion experimentation and continuous learning, using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to refine product direction and improve customer experiences.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
Knowledge / Skills
  • Deep experience working within an e‑commerce CMS, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including product catalog management, merchandising flows, and transactional experiences.
  • Hands‑on experience building, integrating, and maintaining data platforms, including data pipelines, reporting layers, and analytical environments.
  • Proven 0‑1 product experience, including shaping early product vision, validating problem‑solution fit, and guiding products from concept through launch.
