AI/ML Platform Engineer

Join Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) to design and operationalize scalable AI/ML and generative AI platforms.

• Implement AI/ML pipelines using DataIKU, Azure AI, Snowflake Cortex, and AWS AI services.
• Support LLMOps/MLOps operations including deployment, monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD automation.
• Develop agentic AI workflows leveraging Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen.
• Engineer prompt tuning for internal LLM use cases.
• Integrate APIs for model inference, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Automate platform setup using scripting and IaC tools.
• Collaborate with data science and infrastructure teams to deploy reliable AI components.
• Monitor deployed solutions, resolve issues, ensure service‑level reliability.
• Promote platform standards, reusable components, best practices.
• Ensure responsible and secure AI development in regulated environments.

• 2–5 years in Dev Ops, ML engineering, or platform development.
• Experience with Azure (OpenAI, ML) and/or AWS (Sage Maker, Bedrock) AI services.
• Proficient in Python; familiar with FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands‑on with DataIKU for workflow orchestration.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM prompt tuning.
• Familiarity with Lang Chain or Auto Gen.
• Knowledge of containers (Docker), CI/CD, and vector database integrations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, eager to grow in GenAI and platform engineering.

Base salary: $104,640 – $156,400 per year + incentive opportunity.
