SAP S​/HANA Test Lead

Skills:

Sr. QA test analyst with minimum 8-10 years SDLC experience.

• 8+ year experience in ERP, SAP S/4 HANA.
• Apply both business and functional knowledge and develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to lead and influence others.
• Must have working knowledge on integrations and business processes on either OTC - Order To Cash Module or RTR - Record to Report.
• Develop/Write test strategy, functional test scripts, end-to-end test scripts, test planning, and data migration scripts.
• Work with cross-functional teams and development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination, and test data setup.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SAP testing best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement. Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate test scripts, optimize testing processes, and improve overall efficiency.
• Moderate level understanding of modules like STP-D, STP-I, BW, and HCM. Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred. Working experience in onsite-offshore model.
