Guidewire Incident Management Lead

The Guidewire Incident Management Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end incident management for Guidewire applications across production and non-production environments. This role ensures rapid incident resolution, effective stakeholder communication, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement of incident and problem management processes. The position requires strong functional and operational leadership with solid technical understanding of Guidewire platforms and integrations.

• Lead P1/P2 production incidents for Guidewire applications (Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center, Digital).
• Act as SPOC during major incidents and manage bridge calls.
• Coordinate with development, cloud, Dev Ops, Guidewire Support, and business teams.
• Ensure SLA compliance, timely resolution, and proper incident closure.
• Drive RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of Guidewire Insurance Suite and Guidewire Cloud.
• Experience in Guidewire L2/L3 production support.
• Knowledge of integrations, batch jobs, and log analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM tools (Service Now/JIRA).
• Familiarity with ITIL incident & problem management.
