Position Summary

The Delivery Manager, People Technology provides essential support to the People Organization by managing the execution of technology projects and operational initiatives across the People Technology ecosystem—including Workday, Success Factors, UKG, and additional platforms. The role collaborates with BIT, the People Organization, and vendor partners to ensure successful project execution, support software evaluations (RFP/RFI), conduct cyber and data privacy reviews, and meet ongoing operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of projects and enhancements for Workday, Success Factors, and UKG platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between BIT and the People Organization for technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate RFP processes for new people‑technology solutions, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, and selection.
  • Oversee ongoing operational support, issue resolution, and system maintenance for people‑technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, proactively driving resolution and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the people‑technology landscape.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities for new system implementations and upgrades.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably supporting people‑technology platforms (Workday, Success Factors, UKG).
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and RFP processes in a cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of people processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing service delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
Compensation Overview

The starting compensation range for this role is listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. Final individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
