QA & Systems Testing Specialist

Technical Skills - 50%

• Solid Relational Database and SQL knowledge, including testing and validating data, ETL, DML, DDL, and basic DBA knowledge
• 3-5 Years experience with manual and automated testing tools and techniques
• Third‑party tools such as Ready
  
  API, SoapUI and Postman
• Design/coding techniques such as schema validation, parameter passing, and Groovy scripting

• Familiar with design/coding techniques such as schema validation, parameter passing, and Groovy scripting
• Hands‑on testing experience with IBM Web Sphere Application Server, Oracle, structured SQL‑based query languages
• Hands‑on experience using Client ALM, JIRA and other test/defect management tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to document test plans/cases for technical systems clearly and perform knowledge transfer effectively to full‑time technical staff.
• Good understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management.
• Proven ability to prioritize and parallelize assigned tasks to achieve milestones within tight deadlines.
