My client in Princeton is a hugely successful Management Consulting firm specializing in Life Sciences with a culture that reflect its high values and camaraderie. They seek a Sr. UX Designer to make SaaS solutions useful, usable, desirable. They seek a passionate Sr UXD to conduct research and design to solve complex business problems and deliver a best-in-class user experience. Service Design expertise is a HUGE plus!

This role works from initial definition to continuous enhancement to integrate user-centered design into the work of multi-disciplinary teams and a broad range of client and engagements. You will provide expertise and direction in guiding UX strategy, research, and design, including hands‑on support for client and internal projects and create, execute, and synthesize various types of user research studies to discover user needs.

You will also leverage user research findings, combined with knowledge of UX best practices and client needs, to develop design recommendations and solutions for clients, including navigation and interaction strategies for various dashboards, data visualizations, enterprise applications and information systems. As a senior member of the team, you will provide thought leadership in our UX consulting practice and be an integral part of guiding our team of skilled UX Researchers and Designers.
