Role Description s:Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Collaborate with engineering| platform| and Info Sec teams to gather and document requirements for Dev Sec Ops initiatives.
- 2. Translate business needs and security requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- 3. Support definition of Dev Sec Ops processes including CI/CD| security integration| and developer workflows.
- 4. Analyze current tooling landscape and identify gaps| redundancies| and improvement opportunities.
- 5. Support toolchain rationalization initiatives and documentation of approved tools and standards.
- 6. Assist in defining governance frameworks including access controls| compliance requirements| and audit processes.
- 7. Work with architects and engineers to define user journeys| workflows| and system interactions.
- 8. Support development of documentation including BRDs| FRDs| user stories| and process flows.
- 9. Facilitate workshops| stakeholder meetings| and requirement validation sessions.
Skills:
- 1. Strong understanding of Dev Sec Ops | CI/CD pipelines| and developer experience platforms.
- 2. Good knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and governance frameworks.
- 3. Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for platform and tooling implementations.
- 4. Understanding of developer tooling ecosystems including CI/CD tools| security tooling| and cloud platforms.
- 5. Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into functional and business requirements.
- 6. Strong exposure to Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- 7. Familiarity with metrics such as DORA metrics and developer productivity measurements.
- 8. Experience in stakeholder management across engineering| Info Sec| and platform teams.
- 9. Strong analytical| communication| and documentation skills.
