Associate Director, Commercial Analytics & Insights
Location:
Princeton, NJ (hybrid)
Growing oncology pharma company is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Analytics & Insights to lead analytics for a key U.S. commercial brand. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Field leadership to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategy and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand analytics and business performance reporting.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions.
- Generate insights from claims, sales, CRM, market access, and other commercial datasets.
- Translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Support launch planning, business reviews, and commercial decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally across commercial and operations teams.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial analytics, business insights, or market analytics experience.
- Oncology experience strongly preferred.
- Expertise with commercial data sources (claims, sales, CRM, syndicated data, etc.).
- Proficiency with SQL and Python and/or R.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
