Position:Business Analyst with Qualtrics
Location:
Torrance CA, USA ( 4 days Onsite ) Client:
Kaleidoscope/Honda Duration:
Long term Contract USC and GC only Must Have
Client is working 4 days from office and hence candidate must be local and will have to be in office.
- Integrating Qualtrics data with Excel, BI tools, CRM, etc.
Note:
Client must be local and will have to be in office.
- Creating and managing surveys (CX, EX, NPS, VOC)
- Designing survey logic, flows, and branching
- Building dashboards & reports
- Analyzing customer experience / user feedback data
- Creating insights for stakeholders
- Running A/B tests or customer sentiment analysis
