CJ Duran State Farm Agency in Princeton and Carlos Duran State Farm Agency in East Windsor are seeking 2 highly motivated and accomplished Life Insurance Specialists to join 2 large and tenured agencies to provide life insurance and annuities to auto, home and business households. The ideal candidates have proven track records of exceptional sales performance and a passion for helping clients achieve financial security through comprehensive life insurance strategies.
Serve as trusted advisors, developing deep, long‑term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. These roles are for resilient, entrepreneurial‑minded individuals who are driven by both personal success and a genuine desire to make a difference in clients’ lives. These positions have a $40,000 base salary plus commissions, bonuses and fully funded 401(k) benefits. Goals and expectations are to use the base salary to double and or triple the annual base salary.
- Consult on life insurance products to customers.
- Assist customers with life insurance applications and claims.
- Provide customers with information on life insurance plans and options.
- Maintain compliance with life insurance regulations.
- Meet life insurance production goals.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in life insurance sales preferred.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
