A law firm in Princeton is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate with 2 years of litigation experience and preferably a clerkship.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands on litigation experience
• Must understand civil procedure, motion practice, discovery, negotiation, and most importantly, be a great writer!
• Be able to communicate with clients – this is a client facing position
• Four days a week in the office
• NJ Bar admission a must, NY and PA a bonus
• Some experience with transactional healthcare work is a plus
