Vice President of Operations

Location: Princeton, NJ area onsite

Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus + benefits

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Vice President of Operations to lead and scale their operations, logistics, and supply chain functions. This executive will oversee multi‑site warehouse operations, e‑commerce and drop‑ship fulfillment, and third‑party logistics partnerships while driving efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Lead and oversee multi‑site warehouse and distribution operations, including traditional and e‑commerce fulfillment
• Manage and optimize 3PL relationships and performance
• Establish operational structure, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build, manage, and oversee operational budgets with strong financial accountability
• Drive process improvements, scalability, and operational excellence across the business
• Partner cross‑functionally with executive leadership to support company growth and strategy
• Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing operations teams

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain leadership
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior management or executive role
• Proven experience managing multi‑site operations and complex fulfillment environments
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets
• ERP system experience required (Sys Pro preferred)
• Track record of implementing KPIs and continuous improvement programs
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or certifications (APICS, Lean, Six Sigma) a plus
