Skills:

Project Management + Pharma R&D domain experience

  • Project management experience handling Pharma domain projects (R&D domain).
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple project tasks.
  • Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress, and create/maintain various trackers.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client, vendor, and relevant Business stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Pharmaceutical R&D life cycle and supply chain knowledge would be preferred.
  • Knowledge in Pharma regulations, compliances, and stringent documentation requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree with relevant Project management experience and certifications.
