Associate Director of Site Contracting Governance & Strategy, providing strategic leadership for regional site contracting functions within biopharma operations.
Responsibilities:- oversee negotiations, complex legal and budget escalations, develop global contracting standards, and shape regional contracting strategy.
- Lead a team of experienced negotiators, manage high-risk escalations in legal, financial, and contractual areas, and ensure enterprise-wide compliance and governance.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders
- own governance documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management
- monitor portfolio performance
- spearhead innovation in contracting processes and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Business, or Life Sciences
- minimum 10 years of leadership in clinical or site contract governance
- expertise in global standards, compliance, and SOP alignment
- strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- proficient in contract management systems and Microsoft Office
leadership certification.
